Sign-Up for
 Dialup + Hosting

1) Type your  Domain Name.  Include the extension ( such as .com, .net, .org, .edu, .biz, .us, etc..).  Example: yourcompany.com.  Do NOT include the www part.

Note: The comment text box area is optional to fill in.

2) Indicate if you want FrontPage Extensions installed.  If you don't know what this option is, then you won't need it.  It can always be added later, but adding later will have a one time cost of $5.

3) Select one of the following packages and payment plans.
(monthly, or annual)

4) If your domain name is not registered then indicate this by checking the box.  If this domain name is in use or owned, then you do not need to check this box.

5) Push the "To Secure Payment Form" button.

If the FrontPage option is chosen, at this time there will be no charge.  If you add FrontPage Extensions later, then a one time $5 setup fee will occur.  If you do not use FrontPage, then you will not need FrontPage Extensions.
