AstraGate is proud to be, what we believe, the
first company in the USA, and possibly the first in the world to have
achieved true Virtual Office usage. Because of the very nature of
the business, we no longer have the need for a physical centralized
location. We have shed the old fashioned requirement that
everything needs to be in one place or a physical central head quarters
must exist. Every new person is trained, and is able to make use of
their Virtual Office (telecommute). This is achieved by having all
our computers, servers, data, robots, etc. within the very same
collocation facilities that we provide services out of, and coupling
that with the same broadband or dedicated communication services we
provide. This one achievement by itself has given us a significant
cost advantage, and has actually made things more efficient.

Please do NOT require signatures when sending items, since persons getting mail are
not authorized to sign, and post office lines are too long to wait through,
and your mailing could get returned before an authorized person can be
sent to the post office. If you want proof of delivery, then you
need to purchase Delivery Confirmation from the post office, and that
does not require a signature, but provides proof of delivery.
